Top Dining Apps on Android in Egypt: Q4 2024

In the fourth quarter of 2024, Egypt's dining and restaurant app market on the Android platform showcased intriguing trends. According to Sensor Tower, KFC Egypt - Order Food Online saw fluctuating weekly downloads, starting at 16.9K in early October and peaking at 20.8K in December. The app also experienced a decline in active users from 368K to 243K over the quarter.

The McDonald's app demonstrated a steady increase in downloads, with numbers rising from 7.7K to a notable 26.7K by late December. While active users initially decreased to 237K mid-quarter, they rebounded to 286K by the end of December.

Heart Attack | Fried Chicken reported a strong start with 22.4K downloads in early October, but numbers tapered off to just 817 by the end of December. Active users mirrored this trend, decreasing significantly from 22.9K to 3.2K.

For Welp: Food, Places & Reviews, downloads surged in late October, reaching 9.2K in early November. The app maintained a consistent download rate, ending the quarter at 3.6K.

Finally, Buffalo Burger: The Real Thing experienced a peak in downloads at 5.6K in late October, followed by a gradual decline to 1.5K by year-end. Active users increased from 19K to 23.5K throughout the quarter.
